brand-new large rooms with fridges etc and 2 double beds, for example, gentle staff. smooth check-in, late check-out. no charge for wake up service and ironing too. good service, particularly good position close enough to walk around town for dinner or grocery shopping.

I greatly enjoyed the room with 2 queen beds.

This place is conveniently located near a peaceful part of town and is a great stopover for visits to Yellowstone and Bryce Canyon National Parks with nearby dining options, offering breakfast with yogurt and sausage.

It was comfortable, clean but overpriced. I know it is because of the location in relation to Bryce Canyon.

B/fast room too small & crowded

Our room was cozy and new, equipped with a microwave and two comfy queen beds. 🛏️ In the morning, we enjoyed a decent breakfast that included tasty omelettes and sausage.

Within decent driving distance to Bryce.

Told hotel clerk about mold in bathroom ceiling and "snowy" HBO reception. Was not addressed. Air conditioning unit too loud to sleep to. Stayed in other hotels same driving distance to national parks for less money. This is at most at $60 a night place.

Internet was not working The guy at the reception was not able to use a mastercard, so I needed to give a visa Very basilar room

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we had a great experience with a nice continental breakfast.

The New Western Motel was in the perfect location for or activities. We went for a bike rally / balloon festival. Everything was within close walking distance.

Property is centrally located. Very convenient to Bryce Canyon and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary just north of Kanab. Room was comfortable and staff was helpful.

The location is very convenient if you want to visit Zion and Bryce national park. Apart from that, nothing!

Unfortunately pretty much everything :-( We had many Motels, New Western was the worst by far! They try to save money wherever they can. Most facilities don't work (hair dryer, fan in bathroom). The Jacuzzi they promote so much is cold which was very disappointing! Breakfast is average, the room is too small to fit all people. For what you get, the price is just outrageous. Staff is very unmotivated to change anything (or smile for once...). Really can't recommend this Motel, even if you are just looking for a night to crash.

Was dirty and bare minimum on imnenities. Staff was not friendly and did not inform or talk about anything when checking in.
